excellent selection refreshing coffee slow wifi unfriendly staff
my room had a awesome corniche view and room service was quick. the beds was great for comfortable sleep and the gym are well-equipped. the restaurant offered a excellent selection, and the breakfast was awesome, especially the refreshing coffee. the facilities provide everything for a fantastic stay, its a great value for price.
staff was doing they job but not friendly, because we asked water after a time and they refused. i don't know if it was from management or them. other than the pool, wifi was too slow.

fantastic coffee many choices clean swimming pool fast wifi
i really enjoyed my stay! the staff was friendly, and my room was very clean! breakfast offered so many choices, including fantastic coffee i really appreciated. the fast wifi was amazing, and i used the big, clean swimming pool a lot. the room service were so fast, it was a total bonus!
the gym could use a few more weights, it only had basic equipment!

great location clean room comfortable bed
I found great value for my money at this hotel. Its location is near many tourist spots. Souq Waqif and Corniche are close. The hotel was clean overall. The lobby, facilities, restaurants, and my room were super clean. My room had a great view of Corniche. The bed was comfortable.
The hotel staff was not cooperative. This occurred during check out on Friday. I believe they should show more respect to Muslim guests.

friendly service great location city view rooftop bar
the staff provided very friendly, helpful service. the location was close to everything. i had a great city view from my room. the rooftop bar let me see all of the city!
the hotel air conditioner was a little noisy.

The indoor swimming pool proved great. The kids really enjoyed it. i noticed one elevator exclusively for room guests and families. this made elevator trips fast with minimal waiting.

solid stay near the corniche
fast check-in helpful staff late check-out
Check-in was fast. I received a complimentary water bottle. the staff were cute and helpful. i requested a late check-out and it was approved without any issues.
The room's tv was not working correctly. I encountered some difficulties with it. also, the bathroom cleanliness could have been better, especially the shower area, which needed some maintenance.

The hotel is close to the corniche. It is a short walk to the national museum. this proximity made it easy to explore the area and access key attractions. it was quite convenient.
