i really enjoyed my stay! the staff was friendly, and my room was very clean! breakfast offered so many choices, including fantastic coffee i really appreciated. the fast wifi was amazing, and i used the big, clean swimming pool a lot. the room service were so fast, it was a total bonus!
the gym could use a few more weights, it only had basic equipment!

I found great value for my money at this hotel. Its location is near many tourist spots. Souq Waqif and Corniche are close. The hotel was clean overall. The lobby, facilities, restaurants, and my room were super clean. My room had a great view of Corniche. The bed was comfortable.
The hotel staff was not cooperative. This occurred during check out on Friday. I believe they should show more respect to Muslim guests.

Check-in was fast. I received a complimentary water bottle. the staff were cute and helpful. i requested a late check-out and it was approved without any issues.
The room's tv was not working correctly. I encountered some difficulties with it. also, the bathroom cleanliness could have been better, especially the shower area, which needed some maintenance.
